2. If I Accept Your Offer to Purchase My Property Will I Need to Travel Anywhere to Complete the Transaction?
Answer: You are welcome to attend the closing in person at the title company or the entire transaction can be completed via phone, fax, mail, or email and FedEx. Once the agreement is executed, we will forward it to the title company and they handle all the necessary work to complete the transaction. After the title research is completed, you will receive a package of final documents to sign along with simple instructions. This can be handled via a Mobile Notary who will meet with you at your home or office (or wherever you choose)… coordinated with the Title Company. Once the final documents are signed, you will receive a cashier’s check or bank wire transfer (your choice) for the full sales amount.
3. Will You List My House with a Realtor on the MLS?
Answer: We do not list your property on the MLS. We are the actual buyers. Our full intention is to buy your Oklahoma house or land directly from you. No Middlemen.
4. How Are You Different From a Real Estate Agent?
Answer: Real estate agents, brokers, and Realtors do not buy your house.
